Shipping and Fulfillment

Thank you for your purchase. Our prodcuts have 2 kind of shipping condition which is customer need to pay shipping fees and free delivery within Malaysia. We will state shipping method for each products in the decsription. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.

 

1. How do I track my order status?

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

  1. Go to shipping courier provider
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. Press "Track now" to process

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

Please contact us at 03-8739 8692 with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

 

2. When will I receive my Order?

Item will only shipped out after received payment proof from customer. After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • Peninsular: 3 - 5 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

Please reach out to us by 03-8739 8692 or email us at vidasmo.enterprise@gmail.com if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item's name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.

 

3. How much for the product postage fees?

  • Peninsular: RM 8
  • Sabah & Sarawak: RM 15

 

4. How do I check delivery lead time of a product?

Delivery to some postcodes and outlying areas outside Klang Valley may take slightly longer.

 

5. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

 

6. I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of Peninsular areas: 3 - 5 working days (except Sunday and holidays), Sabah & Sarawak: 5 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays).  Imported items may take longer for delivery.

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours, as the item has only just been shipped.

 

7. How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

 

8. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status or not shipped yet.

  • Please send an email to our customers service email at vidasmo.enterprise@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

 

9. Can I cancel my order after made payment or has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation, refundable or exchangeable once the item has been shipped or after made payment.

 

10. Can I return / echange / refund my order been shipped?
We will not accept products return / echange /refund that have been shipped.

 

11. What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

 

12. Can you deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

 

13. Do you do delivery outside Malaysia?
All the products are only far sale in Malaysia. We only ship within Malaysia.
